1. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase is made. Once a digital product is downloaded, it is considered used and is therefore non-refundable. This policy helps us prevent unauthorized access to our digital content.

  • If you are experiencing technical issues with our products (such as download errors or compatibility issues), please reach out to me (contact@timbenz.ch). I will do my best to troubleshoot the problem and ensure you receive your purchase as intended.
  • In the rare event of duplicate purchases for the same digital product, please contact me within 14 days of purchase with your order information, and I will process a refund for the duplicate charge.
